ABOUT THE BLOG

I am pursuing this project because I think that not many people take into consideration actions that are taking place behind the scenes to help others in need. In the news world, we mostly hear about everything negative in the world, or damage that is being done and we rarely hear about the positive. I want to shed the light on the positive. I want to show how the Newburgh Ministry helps those in need and show exactly what they do to help and to listen to these peoples stories because everyone has a background and a story to tell. It is newsworthy and we should care about this topic because there is so much negative in the world right now and people should be given credit for the good things that they are doing. My audience will be people of the Mount community as well as the community of Newburgh and they need me to document this  Ministry its staff and its members to shed a light on the good and draw attention to what is being done to aid Newburgh.
